Pros

With the mass exodus of employees of talent, it might open up some career growth - as long as the executive leadership doesn't decide to save money by making people work two jobs.

Cons

Since being acquired by Clearklake/Newfold working here has been hell. The CEO is an absolute joke of a leader and is universally hated, not respected, and mocked. He constantly puts his foot in his mouth addressing the company, and if he doesn't hard, LEGITIMATE questions he gets extremely defensive and even angry. The pay is a joke and hard work is not rewarded. The most recent average merit increase was 1.5%. The hardwork of lower-level employees was unrewarded while the Manager Incentive Plan pays out large bonuses to the higher-level leadership of the organization. The product is an absolute joke and has no direction. If I were a customer and had an ounce of inside knowledge about how the product is designed and decisions are made for enhancements and fixing bugs - I would cancel immediately and look at a competitor.

Pros

They try and institute a culture of fun at the offices. Nerf battles, innovation days, beer cart Friday's, good summer party's. Hours are good.

Cons

Project management and project management are in very poor shape. Each product (and product manager) gets to do as they like and therefore each team is disconnected. None of the products are consistent and the product managers run roughshod over the User Experience teams. User experience has been thorough a half dozen managers in only a few years. Basically the products have become dated and generally poor experiences. The product managers have struggled to innovate - not actually listening to users - and produced sub par clunky products. There have been quite a few high profile projects that ultimately went nowhere. God knows how many millions they have wasted on projects that never launched.

Pros

Free soda and free lunch when they 'suggest' that you work through your lunch hour to meet your 'numbers' which are constantly manipulated.

Cons

Passive aggressive brow beating for not meeting your numbers / quotas, when they make it ridiculous to do so due to upping those goals because corporate overshot predictions.
