      Cutthroat atmosphere, rude and often foul mouth management, not friendly to new blood. If a given area had pressure....higher paid folks get tossed aside. Poor HR practices - though documented processes are progressive and look good - behaviors by mgt (as inpsired by the top dogs) is anything but moral and ethical

      Pros

      Descent pay for what we do on a daily basis. Good people to work with on the union level.

      Cons

      The companies core value policy of taking care of its people first is a SHAME! Upper management "New York" is oblivious to what is going on at its facilities in California. No path for advancement in the company. Current policy is to NOT hire relatives of current employees what kind of company does that?

      Keeps you busy Innovative Great brands Wonderful people to work with Awesome benefits - most companies are cutting benefits. CB keeps paying bonuses!

      Lots of change - makes people nervous Not a lot of opportunity to be promoted This is no walk in the park - you work hard - not great for work life balance
