There is nothing wrong praising here. Anything positive would be pure fiction.

Cons

-The workload is crushing, leaving employees mentally and physically wrecked. -Expectations are absurdly high with no real support or understanding from those in charge. -Every day feels like a losing battle where exhaustion is treated as normal. -Instead of guidance or encouragement, all you get is pressure and criticism. -The people running the show have no clue how to lead or care for their team.
