Pros

Expense paid, M-THU onsite and Friday work from home.........

Cons

Management incompetent, Crafty staff, No work ethics, Serios politics, Jut keep on taking credit for others work and be close to the manager who doesn't have a clue what i going on and pretend that you are working hard and doing everything and you will succeed. Client is new in IT and too many such guys are there who make others life miserable. Left for the same reason.

Depends on your department. I was lucky to work in emerging technologies. Work very challenging, always interestings. Stable employer.

Cons

Slow advancement. Not much incentive for improvement.
