Pros

There are long-term employees, and most are excellent at their particular position. The benbefits package is outstanding. Depending on your manager, there is flexibility in ones daily schedule, allowing to also attend my childs school events.

Cons

While the pay is solid, the annual merit increase percent has not kept up with the rate of inflation. However, the economic conditions in MI have helped to shape this situation. Still, though, the pay is good for the market we are in.
