Company is mismanaged beyond comprehension. They can't get the management structure correct, have too many Presidents of this and Presidents of that who clearly can't make the correct decisions for the company (as evident by numerous layoff's, poor product quality, logistical internal nightmares and pricing which is anything but competitive), This ship has already sunk. Not the company of the 80's and 90's.

-Absolutely no room for growth -Included benefits are a joke -ZERO trust in its employees, management would spy on you through a webcam if they could -The only thing this company values is how much of their product they can sling by undercutting all competition be any means necessary -Make no mistake, this is not an engineering company: It is a sales company that treats engineering as an afterthought. If you are not in a sales position, you are not truly valued by management -Extremely high rate of turnover
