Great opportunity to move forward in the company, granted you put in your work, which is win-win for both sides. Anything or anyone I rated less than 5 stars is due to not knowing how great or bad it may be.

Cons

None yet, but I am sure the cons are just the same as any other job. From what I have seen the pros outweigh the cons as long as you do your part.

Pros

The current culture and organizational alignment is one of team work, from the top to the bottom. There is willingness to do whatever it takes to produce positive results and grow as a company. Good working environment.

Cons

The changing economic conditions has affected projections and results and there has been some changes at the top which has settled down now.
