Not hard work at all.

Cons

Pay below average to save a buck. Cheap fixes to save a buck Cheap PPE, material, items to do a job to save a buck half of which don’t work. Benefits are a joke, either have health insurance or live below the poverty line are your only choices because of being paid below company standard. Slows down in the winter and the management insists on layoffs and reduced hours when not needed yet to save a buck.

You can weld and "play" with metal.

Cons

Doesnt matter how long you are with the company, you still earn the same as the new hires. If you have a dissability they will find a way to fire you with out it being the disability.
