Pros
Contech management cares about their employees, Don't feel like they get much support from their parent company, Quickrete. Overall a good company and you can learn a lot. They have great group of talented driven employees.
Cons
Parent company "Quikrete" needs to learn to trust their lower level managers. They are the ones that make this company successful. They need to put some money back into the company and not beat them up over every dime. Trust s a two way street. Benefit package need some serious help the costs to the employee's are way to high and the coverage is way to low.
