Pros

Competitive company who sells superior product in the market. Had a company phone, flexible hours (depending on the business season), growth is available if you put in the time.

Cons

The time you need to put in for growth is large. As a salaried employee I was working anywhere from 55 - 70 hours weeks. Pay is lackluster. Private company that is sold every few years.

Great manufacturing, engineering, sales and human resources team. Create valuable solutions for the infrastructure market with intent on preservation of the earth's resources.

Cons

Multiple financial restructuring, organizational restructuring, executive restructuring, go to market restructuring and change sometimes without apparent direction or leadership and focus.
