Continental is very good at choosing high-quality, hard-working, intelligent employees. It made working there pleasant since I was surrounded by great people. In fact, I haven't worked with a more impressive group of people anywhere else...I still keep in touch with many of them and have created long-lasting friendships. The environment promotes smart-thinking and creative problem-solving. Management gave me the tools I needed to get my job done well and they were open to hearing everyone's ideas when faced with a challenge. The office environment is very nice—a beautiful building with modern amenities.

I spent more than 11 years with the company; first in development, then marketing. Every day was an adventure and I was given opportunities at CPCI that I may not have received elsewhere. I worked with great people on many interesting projects that allowed me to grow and expand my skills. Expectations were always high, but the company thrived because of the demanding and competitive culture. I can't speak for my co-workers, but I always received praise and recognition for my hard work, many times directly from the President. CPCI was known for hiring other results-driven individuals, many of which I still enjoy getting together with several years after leaving the company. I was confident my co-workers were working as hard as I was, which made the short deadlines tolerable. Plus, the corporate offices are first class and I'm sure I'll never work in a nicer building. In my opinion, CPCI really understands how to recognize and nurture talent. Working there was challenging, but almost always rewarding.
