      Flexible and easy structure. Corporate staff is very supportive

      Cons

      Bought many homes quickly and are playing catch-up from a policy and procedures standpoint, but the best company to do it quickly and well.

      Constantly over worked Management favors certain people Understaffed yet still expected for one person to do the work of four If the management does not like you they will do their best to to get you to quit or find a reason to fire you. HR is no help if you have a concern but they don't like you then nothing is done Your co workers are you biggest enemy Makes certain rules for certain employees to follow but if the manager likes you then you don't have to follow them
