The breadth and depth of client issues we work with is great. Also the team vibe and work life balance are above par.

Cons

Does not have competitive salary/bonus and has no interest in changing. Keep saying “we have to cut costs, so no raises or bonuses this year” while showing strong margins.

Crazy, insane working hours. Just when you think you are billing more than what they ask for, you are required to bring in new business. That's sales on top of billing crazy hours.
