Meeting on interesting topics alongside people from different backgrounds. Very inspiring when involved in an interesting projects that vary a lot.

Cons

Poor and opaque management, weak career development structure, little pay, high turnaround at junior and mid level.

Interesting work, good people, flat hierarchy, the company has great international reach and there is a real emphasis on cooperation

Cons

sometimes the work can be a bit monotonous, particularly as clients get more compliance driven and we need to use technology more effectively in these areas

Management hires new personnel from it's previous company and put into position without experience and knowledge. In you are not in UK, you will have no career growth, no say, just follow.
