A company with great culture and intelligent employees

Pros

A lot of intelligent, friendly and nice colleagues Good company culture, probably the best in the industry Reasonable salary and good benefits Engaged in a wide variety of projects and allowed to take responsibility early on Good experience in the CV - got me many opportunities after leaving Holidays

Cons

Long hours and heavy workload (although the company does not encourage to work overtime) Not very tolerant about junior team members' mistakes Promotion opportunities can be limited to very few team members; but it is understandable

Benefits are alright. Bonus is generous. Most of the people are nice.

Cons

Senior management are primarily white and male. The company is very good at making it look like they care - a big push on employee welfare awareness this year, yet it hasn't been put into action. A lot of decisions made behind closed doors, no transparency. People scratching each others' backs to get ahead.

Pros

The company culture has been fantastic. Very open community, never feel shunned for being "below" anybody. People are very willing to help as needed. Fast-paced work that'll keep you busy (which has been great while working from home!). Awesome client base. Working with several Fortune 500 companies is a great look and fun to talk about.

Cons

While there is career growth, it can be a bit vague about how that's achieved and what the next steps are.
