Micromanagement No definite direction Looses smart personnel who works hard for years. Management hires new personnel from it's previous company and put into position without experience and knowledge. In you are not in UK, you will have no career growth, no say, just follow. No standards Using old technology

Pros

I really enjoyed the people I worked with. Also had some amazing exposure to working with some of the biggest companies in the world. Projects were very interesting and I was given lots of autonomy in my work.

Cons

The upper management did not really listen to suggestions about how to improve the organization. The consultants were not well paid given the level of effort that was expected and given.

Excellent work environment. Nice office. Interesting and intelligent co-workers. Well paid. Excellent work - life balance. 20 vacations days.

Cons

It is very difficult to be promoted. Poor management. Poor communication among co-workers in other offices. There are not carrier opportunities or salary increments. Poor incentives if you work in operations positions. Don´t work for Control Risks if you are young and you want to grow professionally, there are not opportunities there. Too much bureaucracy, low budgets for departments...
