One is being silenced at the slightest attempt. There’s a normalised culture of exploiting researchers until they burn out. Feedback is communicated in a derogatory and denigrating manner. Overtime is commonplace. Researchers are underpaid, overworked, and actively looking for jobs elsewhere. Yet, exit options are gloom as you will not acquire any useful skills at the firm apart from knowing how to use "" for googling and muckraking. Stay away from Control Risks at all costs. If you’re interested in working in the investigations industry, there are much better companies out there.
