Pros

Flexible working hours. Decent benefits, although I did not get to utilise it. Bonus scale is transparent to everyone in the firm.

Cons

High turnover rate due to long working hours and low pay. Some departments are really understaffed (heard its been ongoing for years!) and management does not care. I noped out of there as soon as I could!

Pros

Worked on some high profile cases with top firms.

Cons

Lies, Lies, and more Lies, The first year bonus was decent. I got cheated out of the 2nd year bonus and then I left. I was told that my billables were great but I needed to bring in more business.

Pros

Some of the managers of the company are very good. Less toxic work culture compared to other companies in the industry. Good parties. Best firm for people with British nationality, they tend to stay at the company the longest particularly Caucasian males. - You may find some of your best colleagues and friends at this firm. Generally the lower and mid level staff is outstanding.

Cons

1. The company has not paid bonuses in last two years. 2. Salary hikes are meger. Will not even cover inflation. So working for this company will make you relatively poorer for sure. 3. The company has delayed promotions of some long serving staff for years over one pretext or the other. 4. They reward mediocrity. Often mediocre and servile individuals are promoted and rewarded. Doesn't matter how much you work, you peer with better connections with management will get rewarded. 5. Dozens of people across Asia left the company without having a job offer in hand because they were so angry being denier proper remuneration and career progress. They lost the best talent in a matter of 2 years 6. Business Intelligence and Fraud & Forensics teams literally sweatshops where people work all day and all night, yet they don't get rewarded for that work. 7. HR is highly unprofessional and clueless about everything. They will definitely try to underpay you. 8. The regional CEO and Group CEOs are both a bit of a joke in the company.

Pros

The breadth and depth of client issues we work with is great. Also the team vibe and work life balance are above par.

Cons

Does not have competitive salary/bonus and has no interest in changing. Keep saying “we have to cut costs, so no raises or bonuses this year” while showing strong margins.

Pros

- great bunch of guys on the teams - get paid on your time off - clients are reasonable and down to earth

Cons

- management don’t look after those under them - no bonus or pay rises - long hours 12hr days usually. - no scope for promotion unless time served - HR are terrible at replying, if you get a reply at all. - low wage considering other companies out there doing the same jobs in the same location. - lots of older generation which creates a slower working environment. - lots of unnecessary movement of teams and individuals on teams. - bad organisation by senior management for taskings. - people leave far too regular due to no change or addressing issues by the senior management. - jobs taken on a ‘friends get the job’ basis instead of who’s best for the job. - travel time comes out of your leave.

Pros

They do a good job at convincing staff they are a quality employer.

Cons

○ Poor work life balance (they expect CR to be your life) ○ Low pay. Only the greedy partners get paid above market value to do less work while the grunt workers are consistently paid below market value. ○ Their bonus scheme is a scheme to gaslight people into believing their salaries and bonus are valid. ○ They have a corrupt HR team who collude with corrupt principals to sabotage reputations and work product. ○ Control Risk does not stand by their DE&I mission. It is all smoke and mirrors. They appear to be very strategic in maintaining the Anglo Saxon face of their leadership team.
