      Pros

      CMC is an excellent place to work. Leadership in the PNS offices are beyond dedicated to making the work place enjoyable, run smoothly and work more efficiently and effectively. Support & encouragement received is more than expected. Your hard work doesn’t go unrecognized. It is an honor to be a part of the team.

      Cons

      The pay can always be better, but if you love what you do and where you work, it doesn’t play a huge role.
