      Decent pay, very flexible with college students, willing to give you more hours, supervisors care about their employees, laid back environment (nights)

      Cons

      Supervisors do not like to approve transfers throughout the system, pool employees do not receive benefits, shift changes (having to pick up slack from previous shift)

      family atmosphere, lots of employee functions, discounts for working throughout the city, scholarships available for employees going back to school,

      poor benefits, lower pay than other hospitals, only 3 paid holidays, hard to move up/around in hospital if supervisor doesn't approve,
