you have to pretty much run the whole restaurant by yourself and get paid very little to work as hard as you have to. Also you get treated terrible by customers and managers. They tell you that cookout is your life, they do not care if you have emergencies, get sick, or want time off for any type of holiday or family event. I worked there for almost 4 years and missed out on so many things just to work 70 hour weeks and be treated like crap. Also got screwed out of hundreds of dollars on bonuses and you will not get an explanation on why you didnt get the money or where it went.
