Pros

It was a good amount of hours. There is no drug Test and the whole job is a free zone to anything. Not easy to get fired i called out for a week and nothing they needed me. worked 70 hours for a year.

Cons

It was the most stressful job i had ever worked in my life. The pay after a year and learning how to open and close and run ANY station in the store was 8.00. Managers making 12 to 15 while Crew members being taken as a pond.

Pros

Better than average starting salary

Cons

Cameras watch every move (corporate even chimes in over intercom to reprimand employees),there is a culture of leading by intimidation by shift managers and corporate trainers. LONG hours ( I went in at 4pm and left 6am most days). Shift managers always find "something else" for you to do when it is time to leave for the day.

Pros

Weekly pay. You can get as many hours as you want. Make friends with new people who hate being there as much as you do.

Cons

Little to no training. Overstaffing shifts so you might get sent home or called out a lot. People come in high all the time, so sometimes managers will take breaks with employees to smoke with them. Some managers will blame new people for their own mistakes.
