great people - best place to learn online marketing

Pros

I've been here awhile and while I've generally always found it a fun and interesting place to work, I've been most impressed with how it has focused on becoming a really advanced and sophisticated online marketing platform. It's putting its money where its mouth is and spending the money and dedicating the resources to making it a reality. I've already learned a ton here, and I keep learning every day!

Cons

Sr. management doesn't do a good enough job cutting dead weight fast enough. They focus on making it such a fun and friendly environment that they don't always act with enough urgency to correct when individuals are underperforming.
