Restrooms are crammed. Waiting to get in to new facility.

Amazing culture. Lots of energy and the ability to work around many talented people.

Cons

Not enough bathrooms for the many employees but executive team has picked out a pretty awesome new location. Not enough places to eat within walking distance. No free massages. No dogs allowed in the office.

- A company where you can speak with the President or CTO on a regular basis. - A non-micromanagement approach to business. - A true work/life balance where you can leave your work at the office. - Wellness program, tuition reimbursement and last year had summer hours.

Cons

- The office is a bit small, but I heard a move is in the works.
