Pros

Great environment to learn, and be challenged in. Lots going on, so its never boring. Lots of hardworking and smart people. Company has big aspirations and is growing rapidly - lots of new people Exciting to be part of the growth phase Offices are really nice and in great location

No one communicates with each other and the company as a whole is disorganized and bad communication. Mismanaged.

Potential, but woeful management

Pros

there are some good employees they want to be an industry leading business.

Cons

where to begin, operations are silo'd. Noone talks to each other or understands how the processes impact each other. The CEO changes his mind every week about direction and will yell at you for doing something wrong after telling you to do it in a certain way only a short time earlier. Enjoys micromanaging and belittling employees. Constant turnover of staff and anyone in a management position with some potential quickly realises they've made a mistake and leaves or has a disagreement with the CEO and he fires them.
