Pros

Not a place for everyone. Coretex has a tight hiring criteria to get A players and expects an A game from all of them. The result is a fast paced and technically challenging but with really smart people solving real world problems.

Cons

Coretex customers are multi-billion dollar organisations with difficult and challanging problems to solve and so pressure to get things right is always there.

Fun and friendly atmosphere. The Opportunity for upward mobility is extremely prevalent. The company is growing fast. You'll work on cutting edge projects / solve important problems that impact your community and the world. Opportunity to work with incredibly smart and talented people. The job brings the best out of people. Loads of learning and innovation. You can't be bored as you're always faced with exciting but complex challenges. Great working environment. Awesome location

Cons

Not much of a con, but being employed by a fast growing organisation comes with some growing pains.
