Pros

Competitive base salary, great commission plan and benefits. Opportunity to learn different products, markets and functions. Friendly and motivating executive team. Management cares about employees, culture and always improving their communication with the Sales team. Positive CEO who is easy to approach and well respected among the employees.

Cons

Ground floor opportunity! Must be flexible and willing to learn new products and flexible to go along with changes.

Pros

Data is priced low which generates interest with prospects.

Cons

The average tenure of a salesperson here is very short and there's a long history of frequent layoffs. You will lose most of the deals that you compete for which makes it difficult to make money. Even when you get a deal, the price of the service is so low that there's little chance of making serious money in commissions. Very restrictive non-compete is required to work here, beware if you want to stay in the industry after you leave. As others have stated, you will come to work and leave work with an ache in your stomach because of the stress.

Pros

They always give you positive feedback on the things you do right and let you know how to fix the things you do wrong. They also treat you like a human by understanding that life happens even outside of work. The workload is big, but you work as a team to get through it. This isn't a job where you show up, stick around for a few hours and then go home, it's something that challenges you to achieve your best. The execs are approachable and will listen to any issues or suggestions you have.

Cons

Keep up the good work on getting employees engaged with clear directions at all times. Provide and sponsor more avenues / acitivites for social interactions among employees.
