      Peaceful work culture, but work can be intense if the employee wants to stretch oneself. Interesting problems to solve. Good people.

      Pros

      Great engineering firm with good technology. Working to grow out of the small business phase, but it will be interesting to see if they can figure it out.

      Cons

      Very unorganized with a huge gap in leadership, especially at the top. Good focus on the new technology and associated sciences, but almost no focus on, or caring for, the employees.
