      Pros

      The work we do can be really interesting, but they squeeze so many hours out of you that you burn out quickly.

      Cons

      There's a high degree of dysfunction among senior leadership. The CFO interferes with efforts that don't concern him, while the CEO stands by and does nothing to reign him in. Low starting salaries, and no consideration given to career development/progression--seems like the only way to move up is to leave the company and find a better offer elsewhere.
