      Pros

      Very little bureaucracy, if you see a project you like, you can run with it. Projects are interesting and frequently push the state of the art. Wide variety of technical and educational backgrounds.

      Cons

      Lots of young employees - could use some more technical depth in their fields, contracts are subject to the whims of government funding levels, very flat org structure leaves few opportunities for leadership.
