      No bureaucracy Ability to take on greater responsibility if you want it Fast-paced work, but overall relaxed work environment Interesting work with opportunities to make a real difference for the customer Opportunity to be on the cutting edge of technology in this field

      I have had a couple of other jobs, and they were good jobs. But this job is by far better than the others. Here are a few reasons why: No-nonsense, but friendly, environment Very talented and motivated workforce Wide variety of challenging engineering problems Feeling that your work does make a difference, and that you have control over your destiny Visibility and great reputation within the industry Minimal bureaucracy Resources--if you need something to do your job, you'll get it quickly Rapid growth means new opportunities
