Pros

Good employee discount. If you ever get to the management level, which would take YEARS, they offer trips to the corp. office in Texas

Cons

Often left alone after a very short (one week) training period. Management isn't chosen from within the store, corporate moves a manager from another location. Pay is horrible.

Cons

Parking is awful!! I have to take my lunches at 2 so that I will have a place to park that isn't too far!

Pros

Product knowledge, great customers, samples, for retail we close at a decent hour. Paid sick time, vacation and holiday pay

Cons

Low pay rates. Hard to find good employees and retain them since the pay rate is so low. Frustrating investing the time needed on training and product knowledge to have employees leave because of pay rate.
