Where do I even start? Corporate sets insanely low starting pay. They set really high unscheduled goals. They give the CCC positions a lot of extra work but virtually no extra hours and only a 60 cent raise. Corporate micromanage the hell of our store with weekly and biweekly meetings, weekly focus sheets, group chats, constant emails about goals and hours.we have been listening to the same songs on the radio since January. It has been detriment to our mental health to the point we turned it off and listen to a bluetooth speaker. They can have record profits and still tell you they can't afford to pay you more. Also zero communication about products we can g3t but our competitors have.

Upper management needs to be fired. They do not know how to run a business and this place has went down ever since. They only pay 10 dollars and hour and your yearly raise is freakin 20 cents. It will take you five years to get to 11 dollars. Everyone else is starting out way higher and paying their employees. Not here. You are also expected to do everything. Hold keys and everything. For 10 dollars.
