Thank you for sharing your concerns with micromanaging, too. We strive to balance guidance with autonomy and it is generally an area we perform well in; in our 2024 Employee Survey 79% of respondents were strongly satisfied or satisfied with their levels of autonomy, whilst 15% were somewhat satisfied. The nature of our TechOps/IT team and activities means that compliance, accuracy and alignment are important across our many business-critical processes, which inevitably results in set processes for certain areas to ensure standardisation. That said, we hope that there are opportunities for TechOps colleagues to exercise autonomy and try new ways of working across many of the exciting projects being worked on in parallel, a large number of which have a strong innovation focus. Thank you for sharing your feedback about your experience at Costello Medical. We are pleased to hear that there were many elements that you enjoyed about your role. We conducted a review of all UK salaries in April 2024 which resulted in an increase to all salary bandings. As a result of this review, we saw a significant improvement in satisfaction with salaries with satisfaction rates increasing by 20% in our 2024 Employee Survey. Furthermore, we have introduced a new profit share scheme which means that all colleagues, including those in entry-level positions, can share in the financial success of the company.
