*Successful company that will be viable as long as fee-for-service healthcare remains prevalent *Happy clients *Interesting work

Cons

*The "play your position" mantra *Success yields more volume or work or more client assignments versus upward mobility, which wouldn't be so bad if do nothing, poor leading charlatans from the outside weren't so prevalent

Pleasant experience, but recent changes led to restructuring of company initiatives

Pros

Work-life balance is phenomenal... Middle management were all great individuals and seemed ultimately engaged in the development and growth of the company

Cons

Upper management seemed very distant and did not seem to care much on the growth of certain programs....The vision for the company seemed to be realigned when iHealth merged with Connolly resulting in reprioritization of what lines of business the new company (iHealth/Connolly) will focus on.....The feeling was that upper management lost interest in fairly new programs once the merger went through.....

Competitive industry, becoming "corporate", not very challenging, people are able to get by with little effort while others work hard
