Interesting products and industry Manufacturing in its purest form On-site cafeteria so you don't have to leave to eat Employee gift bags twice a year

Cons

Broken infrastructure, communication and systems No training or direction No appreciation for work Human Resources department is disfunctional and lacks knowledge Employees blame others instead of working toward solution Really old facility

Pros

Coty is well located in NYC and creates some innovative products. They have decent benefits and are attempting to become a more progressive company.

Cons

There's too many people there doing one simple task division of labor is very high, and there's no options for cross-functional training, and a lot of discontent with excecutive level management. Also, certain departments are very "typical" for the beauty industry---passive aggressive, catty, jealous.
