Cons

Senior and Middle management leave much to be desired. HR is a joke, as they protect those who they like. No raises... no bonus'... Summer Friday's are nice... but you make up the time - so it really isn't time off. When you are off (vacation, sick, etc) you are expected to keep your BB on.
