Pros
The best pro is that it was a great Company. It did have a great work life balance, people loved coming to work. Talkers need to have more than talk and did not got a head if they didn’t have substance. This kept the energy in the office positive, projects productive and meetings at a minimum.
Cons
Unfortunately now Coty uses the recession to instill fear in their employees. Talented people have left, the fearful or bound by benefits stay. This leaves an unhealthy work environment. To succeed you should be under 25 to be developed or promoted. Managing up gets more rewarded 360 Reviews are no longer used and was a great asset for a healthy environment. “HYPO’S” (High Potential Employees) are rewarded for starting hi profile projects or meetings regardless of productivity. This is creating an upset in work life balance less people are expected to do more and then add in unproductive meetings so “HYPO’s” can get ahead.
