Pros

Free products Working with some very talented people in the industry Brand name recognition

Cons

Coty used to be a reputable and exciting place to work but has become incredibly toxic and failing at every aspect. Too much employee turnover, under qualified and unstable leadership, and HR that doesn’t care about employees and only serves to protect the interests of the company. You’re expected to work and be happy about accepting job responsibilities far beyond what you are hired to do because of long hiring gaps (and I mean sometimes years, not just months of “stepping in” to fill job duties), without any additional recognition or compensation. The company doesn’t recognize the incredible talent they have and instead of viewing them as assets, they ignore them and are surprised when they all end up leaving the company. The offices and management are full of bullies and gas lighters, and I’m not kidding when I say everyone looks and is miserable and hates their jobs.
