Great residents! For the most part the coworkers are great! Close location to my house. Benefits are pretty good... double on holiday, double if you work longer than 8 hours in one day, full-time is 53 hours, paid bday etc.

Cons

-manager gossip about other coworkers to other coworkers. -watched a manager yell at a coworker in the dining room... Pointing her finger in the coworkers face! -favoritism -over worked not enough compensation for the work you do. -under staffed. -personal care resident bullying other residents and degrading staff! -losing its family like fun atmosphere like they once had. -smallest campus with a lot of issues. -no chance for growth in certain departments without driving a good bit to another campus.

Cons

This company is very misleading and they don’t tell the truth about the jobs they offer. They offer one job and let you apply and then they say that that job doesn’t actually exist and want you to do something different.
