Pros

Time off is available for medical appointments and vacations based on needs.

Cons

Currently, my drive time is about an hour from where I live but the office space is great, and sometimes, breakfast or lunch is provided when a guest visitor or new employee joins the team.

The discount is somewhat decent.

Cons

Just know you are replaceable and they will always side with/ take the person they are “friends” with side over everything. Even if they’re are witnesses and video.

Management is friendly and focused. Pay and benefits are at or above area competition. CEO is awesome and always on calls to inform employees of upcoming projects

HR can be difficult to reach sometimes
