Pros

Relative stability, decent pay, good access to technology resources and willingness to be innovative. Some of the upper management are good, some are not as good.

Cons

Cox is not very friendly because everyone is so set in their own division and the company is very diverse.

Pros

It is a well known company, has good benefits.

Cons

Does not have good pay and you have customers yelling at you and saying bad words all day that you are on the phone. The Supervisors are usually not available to assist you in helping the customers resolve ongoing issues and that gets them upset even more at you, even when they know you are not at fault.
