Cox Communications reviews

To be a communications company, there was a lack of communications within the Cox Media (at least in the office where I worked). My team lacked direct leadership, although the office itself had pretty decent leaders. Too much office politics. Things are slow to get done. You can suggest ideas to improve the overall daily operations, but nothing ever gets done. Very little room for promotion within Cox Media.

Cublicles are tiny, office is in the ghetto, pay is mediocre, and there are very few opportunities for advancement unless you brown nose aggressively. If you get a job here, expect to stay at the same level for years and years. Medical benefits are mediocre and deductibles keep going up.
