      Great benefits and advancement opportunities with great people and atmosphere. Education support and reimbursement opportunies along with work - life balance.

      Cons

      Difference between employee requirements and treatment between corporate level and field sites. Unfair or one sided treatement of employees at the field locations

      Pros

      Job is in a secure industry. Dealing with new technology a lot.

      Cons

      It's a sales job that you are doing a lot of customer service with. Your job entails about 70% customer service and 30% sales. However, your performance evaluation is based on 70% sales and 30% customer service. All they care about is selling and numbers. They really don't care too much about the customers. All they care about is bundling them and maximizing each customers revenue. Commission structure is ridiculous. If you don't hit your phone goal or bundle sell in it is very low. Also, the phone goal and BSI is too high to hit consistently and consists of 65% of your commission.

      Pros

      Benefits are good, most people are nice and friendly. They offer good training and side by side coaching if on the phones.

      Cons

      Management micro manages, company goes by the book "corporate" environment. Everything is a scheduled hardly any flexibility within the company.
