      Pros

      There is a lot of opportunity to learn and grow professionally at Cozymeal, and the CEO is really supportive and encouraging. The company is also quickly expanding and launching in new cities across the U.S.

      Cons

      This is a fast-paced start up environment, so it’s not for everyone. Employees wear many hats and have the chance to learn a lot.

      Pros

      Problems are addressed quickly, the product evolves on a daily basis, the team is a fantastic set of individuals who work tremendously hard & are always available to help, the CEO is eager to assist with questions and/or problems and the office space while a bit crowded is beautiful. The benefits are excellent as well.

      Cons

      The job is never done, and it's not uncommon to find yourself working again once you're home after the day is done. The team is small which means you'll often have to teach yourself things and "make it happen" since everyone is already doing so much themselves. But these "cons" are the reality of any startup!

      Pros

      Working at Cozymeal was a great experience. I learned how to build and improve products from the ground up and helped facilitate the development of new and interesting features. The CEO of the company Samad was a very willing mentor and was willing to provide me all the advice and resources I needed to succeed. I worked alongside a talented and hard working crew of individuals passionate about food. They were all incredibly talented, friendly, and very willing to share knowledge from their respective fields. Cozymeal is in a rapidly growing industry and is developing an exciting product. Samad is a passionate and talented entrepreneur willing to make Cozymeal as successful as possible.

      Cons

      Cozymeal like, most start-ups, doesn't function with your traditional 9 - 5 which may not be a fit for everyone. Cozymeal is a fit for individuals looking for a challenge, looking to rapidly expand their knowledge base, and willing to tackle difficult challenges head on.
