Many peers around who help and support my business, good teamwork. All people are success minded. Many people are prepared to go the extra mile for success.

Cons

When starting with CPI it will be hard to hit the ground and get enough competence, you would really need a coach to lead you through the organization.

Pushing to expand product services too much and without clear training. Not compensating from the bottom up with full transparency. Rapid expansion with expectation to have everyone keep up regardless of the situation.
