      Pros

      None- best years are over- when company sold to Crane CPI - kiss of death. First 3 years I was a President's Club member every year- actually had relevant products to offer to clients.

      Cons

      Local Management took over accounts & territories at will in order to cherry pick the most lucrative . Made up their own rules with no push back from regional. Definitely the most dishonest , insecure & petty local management I have ever had the misfortune to report to. Upper management blind,not caring or both. Competent sales managers (Baltimore)have departed for competitors. Talented sales reps are hanging on and looking for the exits.

      Pros

      There are still people there who care and want the company to succeed.

      Cons

      They have acquired some good companies and have changed focus from new products to process improvement, crashing the cultures from high-innovation to widget-cranking. They will be disrupted eventually.
