Good starting pay and quarterly revenue sharing bonuses that you'll receive if you are not under performing

Cons

Was once an engineer/developer first organization that has moved towards micromanagement. Directors and managers dictating process changes without being involved in the actual work results in change fatigue and engineers feeling like they in a heavily constricted environment. We have daily check lists, productivity trackers, code reviews about "white spacing". There's more work about the work than the actual work.
