Pros

Crate and Barrel leadership actually cares about its people. It's not a prefect place- none are- but it constantly strives to be the best. Mean people typically can't stand working there and don't last long.

Cons

Currently going through a restructuring which has been painful. But, it's too early yet to know how successful this will be- what I do know is that the company leadership cares deeply.

Great work environment, quality product, easy customer relations. Aspirational style for most consumers. "I love this store" is heard by at least one customer almost every day. Company is trend leader with compelling history. Benefits.

Cons

Compensation trails competitors, this will become a bigger issue as more talent is needed to grow the business successfully.
