Doesn't care about employees

Pros

Immediate teams and middle managers great, work is fun

Cons

I've worked here about 3 years, and every year they remove a benefit, reduce bonuses, or pull some other crap. We used to have unlimited sick leave, unlimited vacation, xmas week off, fitness reimbursement, and longevity pay if we stayed long enough, which I was looking forward to. They've now given us limited sick leave, limited vacation, a classpass that many of us can't even use instead of fitness reimbursement, no xmas week off, and now they're removing longevity pay. It's like they actually don't like their employees to feel stable and appreciated. I thought I'd want to stay here forever but now I want to leave asap

Pros

Been here over six years and have grown a lot within the company. Clear goals and standards, good performance is rewarded, creativity is rewarded, The actual work is fun and interesting. Management actually cares about employees and their lives (incredibly helpful when my daughter was in the ICU and I needed special accommodations and understanding).

Cons

High standards, strict deadlines, must meet performance goals.

Toxic Culture

Pros

good location, ample parking spaces

Cons

Although candidates are interviewed by the internal team, newcomers are placed on a six-month trial contract through third-party outsourcing agencies, with no benefits provided. Even for full-time employees, the company offers minimal perks—no lunch, limited benefits—which is surprising for a tech company. The internal culture of my team is defined by suspicion and hostility toward newcomers. The work environment is characterized by micromanagement and blame-shifting. Team leads are inexperienced, often lacking logic and professional competence, and tend to be dismissive of practical suggestions. Feedback and evaluations are frequently manipulated at the discretion of managers, undermining fairness and transparency.
